Product or service reviewed: AC unit
a week agoBowman was scheduled to install a new AC unit for us. When they arrived, they noticed that the outdoor platform was collapsing. They rebuilt the platform, which took time out from their original plan and was not part of the proposal. Then, once the unit was installed and being tested, they realized that our copper lines under the house were leaking. One of the guys entered the crawl space and replaced the copper line under our home. These two issues were unexpected, but the Company didn't leave or rush until the job was completed. Jose and Corey (and a couple of others) were patient, friendly, and found solutions to the issues that arose. The Company is very professional and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Product or service reviewed: New AC Unit
Thank you Jose, Cory and Brian from Bowman's Cooling and Heating, Inc. I have been a customer of Bowman's for many years and always very well satisfied. Most recently I had to finally have my AC replaced. First, they replaced all duct work which was a major job but they handled it perfectly and seemingly with ease. Left no trash and cleaned up as they worked. The new duct work allowed the heat to circulate much better. Several weeks later they returned to install the new unit as well as a new thermostat. As the outside temperature rises they will return to start the unit which I'm really looking forward to. They kept me informed every step of the way. They do an annual spring and fall to check the heating and cooling appliances. Very trust worthy. Again, thank you to Bowman's team. You're the BEST!!!

I chose Bowmans to replace my HVAC system on recommendations of friends and neighbors. Jesse quickly responded to view the work site. He thoroughly detailed the entire work scope and answered all of my questions. The written estimate was prompt and the scheduling was seamless. The crew, Jose, along with Corey and Nate arrived and were methodical in accomplishing their tasks. They were safe and efficient and displayed a dedicated work ethic to deliver a finished quality project. I highly recommend Bowmans for their outstanding performance!

Jose and Shaun did an absolutely incredible job with the install, and took the exact amount of time promised. They were very professional, left the area very clean and answered all of our questions, 5+ starswe highly recommend Bowman!

Jose and Jesse worked efficiently and effectively quickly preparing my 1985 heating unit for the winter months. They are the best. I have found Bowman's consistently reliable and highly recommend them!

Product or service reviewed: Home HVAC maintenance
We've used Bowman for many years for annual maintenance, seasonal servicing and more recently winter watch and have always found them to be honest, competent and efficient. This year we had a problem with maintaining consistent temperatures upstairs and down with one location being too warm and the other being too cool at the same time, or vice versa. Jose' and Jesse diagnosed the problem which turned out to be a subtle malfunction in an automatic damper which they replaced....no issues since then. Highly recommend them for all homeowner needs.

I am so grateful (and so were my renters) that Jose came out on a Sunday morning to repair my air-conditioner during one of the hottest heat waves we've experienced.I didn't think I was going to get anyone to come out after leaving a message on a Saturday night, but Michelle returned my S.O.S call immediately and scheduled the appointment. Gotta love a well run company that responds to your needs in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

My hvac began to blow out tepid air. We called Bowman, and Jose came out within the hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. He explained the issue and gave a solution. Jesse then came by to take a look and create an estimate. He was also friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. Neither tried to upsell a system and spoke about getting the unit back on track. I highly recommend them!

I called Bowmans this morning and they sent Jose here to figure out why my air conditioner wouldnt stop running. He quickly figured out that it was my thermostat and replaced it in no time flat and taught me how to use it. He also checked my filter for me and it turned out that the last company that serviced it (NOT Bowmans !) had jammed the filter in the unit! So glad he found it and fixed that for me too. Bowmans is now my go-to heating and a/c company!

Arrived at our vacation home for a family Christmas gathering to discover we had no heat. A simple phone call to Bowman's and a tech arrived within an hour. Tech and office personnel were professional, efficient and personable. Replaced a capacitor and we were warm in no time. Tech made some recommendations and gave us some pointers. Invoice was conveniently sent to my email address. Very satisfied with our Bowman's experience. Highly recommend their services and will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend this company in which they came out within 2 hours of a service call when our AC stopped working in July. Robert was very professional and friendly and fixed the problem within 5 minutes of being here. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!

My AC failed overnight on July 4th in a heat wave. Imagine that with a house full of guests!. Called Bowmans at 0820 hours and Chris arrived at 1000 hours and replaced the faulty Capacitor in less than 10 minutes. Unbelievable service on a Holiday weekend and extremely appreciated! Mellisa on the other end of the phone was phenomenal! Thank you all for correcting my issue so promptly and for a lot less than I expected. Will definitely use your services again and recommend you to everyone that has an issue with there HVAC. Well done!!
